In the event of inclement weather due to snow and/or ice, BHA has 24 hours after the event has ended to provide snow removal and/or ice treatment. We ask that residents please be patient, as maintenance crew and contractors work their way around our developments. If 24 hours have lapsed after the inclement event has ended, at that time please contact the Maintenance Department at 610-865-8319 to advise.

The Bethlehem Housing Authority and City of Bethlehem invite developers to respond to this Request for Qualifications for the Pembroke Choice Neighborhood Plan.
All qualifications must be received no later than 5 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2025. All qualifications will be valid for 90 days.
An informational meeting with potential developers will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb, 12, 2025 at the Northeast Community Center, 1161 Fritz Drive, Bethlehem, Pa, 18017. Potential developers will be able to visit the redevelopment site.
Communication regarding the solicitation and written questions may be submitted via email to ssatullo@bethlehem-pa.gov by Monday, Feb. 17, 2025. Written answers to all submitted questions will be distributed to all developers attending the information session.
